Early Career & Background

Melissa Alice Jones, PA is an accomplished real estate professional with almost 23 years of experience as an investor, trainer, and agent.

Her journey began in May 2002 in Cape Coral, where she helped train aspiring investors during the “no money down” era—a path that led her to work with the Rich Dad organization under Robert Kiyosaki for nearly seven years.

Transition into Real Estate

Transitioning to a full-time real estate agent in 2011, Melissa has combined her extensive investment background with a deep understanding of the market to serve both buyers and sellers. She is closing on her 42nd personal transaction in February 2025, and has played a key role in hundreds of transactions for her clients—mentoring over 350 individuals in 48 states along the way.

Melissa’s expertise in negotiating real estate deals, paired with her innovative marketing strategies, makes her the ideal REALTOR®. Her career hasn’t been without challenges. After the market crash in 2007 wiped out her investment consulting business and personal acquisitions, Melissa harnessed her training and resilience to reinvent herself as an agent. Joining Keller Williams marked a turning point—earning Rookie of the Year with 16 transactions in her first year.

Even during periods of burnout and personal hardship, including closing nearly 50 transactions in 2020 while caring for her husband during his ALS battle, Melissa’s dedication never wavered.

Now based in Southwest Florida and operating on a referral-only basis, Melissa continually nurtures her personal database to ensure every client receives personalized service.
